Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
You may purchase a lock from our office during normal business hours or you may bring your own lock to use. Each tenant is responsible to have a lock prior to storing items in his or her unit.
What are the lease and payment terms?
We offer month to month leases. Your payment is due in full at the time of move in and on the anniversary date each month after for as long as you occupy the space. We accept cash, checks/money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we do charge a security deposit on each unit. The deposit is refunded to you after you’ve vacated providing the unit is empty and no damage is found. The security deposit is always issued in the form of a check.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Use our online payment option for a quick, easy way to pay your bill now! We also offer an Automatic Payment option. Please contact our office for details.
When do I get my security deposit back?
You get your security deposit back after unit has been emptied, cleaned out and no damage found.
How much notice do you need before I move my things out?
Move out form must be signed five days before leaving premises so we know what your move out date is and we can remove you from our system so you won't have any future charges.
